A Taste of Diwali offers guests a refined interpretation of India's rich culinary landscape, reimagined through the signature hospitality of Jumeirah Carlton Tower, a natural global gathering place, bringing together the joy of sharing, meaningful experiences and exceptional good. Guests can choose from a limited-edition tasting menu, or an a la carte selection featuring five signature dishes, alongside an array of bespoke cocktails.

The participating chefs bring strong connections to South Asia, from the vibrant streets of Mumbai to the architectural beauty of Kolkata, to create a unique celebration of South Asia's diverse flavours and heritage.
