Brasserie Olivia

Brasserie Olivia is a celebration of French dining in the heart of Chelsea, and La Nouvelle Garde’s very first international brasserie.

The menu balances timeless classics with contemporary interpretations of the French repertoire, with wood-fire cooking running throughout. Seasonality and quality produce remain at the heart of La Nouvelle Garde’s approach, alongside a commitment to making everything in-house. Extending from the bar, the oyster counter showcases langoustines, oysters and other seafood delights. Nearby, a lobster tank firmly anchors the brasserie in a consciously retro French Riviera spirit.

The kitchen is led by Rachide Sambu Baldé, who brings over 15 years of experience from some of London’s most respected and Michelin-starred restaurants, including Galvin La Chapelle, Typing Room, Angler, The Five Fields and, most recently, Morchella.

Brasserie Olivia will be open every day from breakfast into the late evening
