Brasserie Olivia

Brasserie Olivia is the first international outpost from Parisian brasserie group, La Nouvelle Garde with the aim of aim celebrating the convivial spirit of sitting down together, sharing meals and well-cooked French dishes, which everyone knows and loves.

The kitchen is led by Rachide Sambu Baldé, who brings over 15 years of experience from some of the city’s most respected and Michelin starred restaurants, including Galvin La Chapelle, Typing Room, Angler, The Five Fields and most recently Morcella. His cooking is shaped by his classical French training and experience within London’s dining scene.

Brasserie Olivia will be open all day from breakfast into the late evening
