The very talented sous chef, of sister location Chewton Glen, will be serving a Chinese influenced menu from 7pm including drinks, canapés and a three course dinner with accompanying wines, coffee and petit fours.

Toasted cumin sourdough with Blox’s cultured butter
Starter: hand dived scallops, fennel, coastal herbs, puff rice and ginger lime dressing
Main: glazed duck, soured plums, charred Chinese cabbage and sweet potato
Dessert: cherry sphere, amaretto mousse, almond praline, cherry sorbet and micro basil
