The restaurant’s General Manager, Simon Smith, will oversee the wine list which features over 180 wines with a focus on unique and quirky bottles from around the world. As well as an extensive wine list, they also have a list of classic cocktails which are centred around British spirits. Refreshing cocktails such as a Gin Sour and British Mule are light and herbaceous to fit in with the feel of the restaurant and perfectly balanced to compliment the food.
For something more exclusive, there is the brand new Curio which has its own private entrance – perfect to celebrate an engagement in style, or mark a special family occasion.
