Singapore Supper Club: Corner House X Operation Dagger

D&D London have joined forces with the Singapore Tourism board to host an exciting three night supper club series from Michelin Starred chefs and mixologists from the world’s 50 best bars in Singapore. From 4 – 6 October, enjoy a #TasteOfSingapore at Bluebird Chelsea.
Jason Tan, founder of Singapore’s renowned ‘Corner House’ restaurant and Sasha Wijidesa, mixologist from Operation Dagger, which is number 24 on the list of the World’s Best Bars, will be pairing their culinary magic at Bluebird to give you with an exciting dining experience.
Enjoy carbinero prawns, Orkney scallops and iberico pork as well as delicious cocktails including ‘Salty Dog’ (Sea Buckthorn Sake, Kelp Vermouth, Yuzu, Lemon Verbena and Fig Leaf) and ‘Pineapple Ginger Wine’ (Pineapple Sour Cream Caramel, Tonka Bean, Ginger, Tartanic Acid). Menus are £48 for three courses or £68 with cocktail pairings.
