Chelsea in Bloom is back! Extending the iconic RHS Chelsea Flower Show into the local neighbourhood with incredible floral installations, this year’s ‘Floral Safari’ theme means visitors can expect to discover a menagerie of exotic wildlife that will transport you to far flung destinations.
Over 50 shops, hotels and restaurants are competing this year to create the most impressive floral displays. Taking place across Sloane Square, Sloane Street, Pavilion Road, Duke of York Square and the King’s Road, don’t miss the life size floral animals popping up across Chelsea, in support of the Elephant Family and created by florist All for Love London. An impressive elephant will be settling into his new habitat at Sloane Square, there will be two lions roaming across Duke of York Square and even a lurking crocodile and rhino on Pavilion Road.
Why not enjoy a complimentary rickshaw ride, starting at Sloane Square – taking you across Chelsea’s great plains to see all the participants? Make sure you check out what else is on during the week at www.chelseainbloom.co.uk. From safari inspired treatments and a chance to win a stay at ZSL London Zoo with Sarah Chapman Skinesis, through to floral menus at April’s Café and Gallery Mess and gorgeous themed products, there’s plenty to see on your safari voyage of discovery.
