BOSS Celebrates the King of Pop

October 4 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Join Hugo Boss on Sloane Square for an exclusive evening that pays tribute to the King of Pop. As sponsors of the ‘Michael Jackson: On the Wall’ major exhibition at the National Portrait gallery, BOSS invites you on 4 October to a live Q&A with British Artist Graham Dolphin and Lucy Dahlsen, Associate Curator at the National Portrait Gallery hosted by the Style and Grooming Director at British GQ, Teo van den Broeke.

Michael Jackson’s significance is widely recognised when it comes to fashion and music, but his impact on Contemporary art is a lesser told story. However, this landmark exhibition ‘Michael Jackson: On the Wall’ explores the influence of Michael Jackson on leading contemporary artists, including Andy Warhol, Kehinde Wiley and Graham Dolphin.

Book your place at this exclusive evening with Andy Dolphin, where his new work entitled ‘Thriller BOSS Black’ that was created in collaboration with Hugo Boss will be unveiled. The piece uses the 2018 edition of the iconic white BOSS suit which Michael Jackson wore on the ‘Thriller’ album cover, as a canvas to draw some of the most memorable lyrics written by Michael Jackson in the  artist’s signature style.

Guests can enjoy drinks, canapés and be in with a chance to win an art package and free entry to ‘Michael Jackson: On the Wall’ exhibition’ up on signing up to the Hugo Boss Experience Programme. Spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. To reserve your place, please email RSVP_uk@hugoboss.com with ‘NPG Event Sloane Square’ as well as your name and the name of your guest.
